Funds must be wired from your bank account within five working days. If funds are not received within 10 days from the date of your deposit request, the request will be considered failed and all the related trading transactions will be immediately reversed.
Please take special note of the unique reference code. This must be accurate in order for us to successfully process your funds.
Please also note that any wired amount with a discrepancy or difference of more than $100 from the requested amount will be rejected automatically.
We will not be able to transfer any bitcoin or USD until we successfully receive the wire transfer.
